How to flash twrp recovery on Mi A3 Android 10 2020

Mi A3 having latest android 10 version and I am performing flashing custom recovery on Mi A3. Bootloader must be unlock before flashing custom recovery. Without unlocking bootloader custom recovery cannot be flash. After flashing custom recovery we can easily root Mi A3 and also we can flash custom roms which are very awesome as compare to stock android 10 rom.

This flashing of custom recovery is only for Android 10, will not work on Android 9
