My life changed when I started listening to sleep meditations and eventually stories. It stopped my insomniac overthinking almost immediately. My first experiences as an insomnia were when I was 5 years old and I hate to say my concerns then weren't too different than the ones I had as an adult.

What thoughts keep you up at night?

By transforming your thoughts and sleep, you can transform your life. The greatest change I ever made was prioritizing my peace. And prioritizing sleep. They are connected. Meditations and sleep stories changed that for me. And now I redirect and don’t allow any mental chatter to keep me up.
