3 high protein breakfasts that helped me lose 42 lbs
I wanted to show you these high-protein breakfasts from my old weight loss journals - these are easy breakfasts that I used to eat when I was trying to lose weight, and they helped me lose more than 40 lbs.
They're all gluten and dairy-free, and I will have vegan substitutions (but it's mostly plant-based already!).
You can make single servings of these, or you can make multiple servings for meal prep - they all keep well for the week!
