Dog That Has His Life Spared

This video gives statistics on the euthanization of cats and dogs just here in the United States alone. Currently every single day between cats and dogs there's over 4,000 that are euthanized every day 1.5 million a year. Back in 2011 it was worse 7000 euthanizations per day. This is a rescue dog that was being abused. How somebody can abuse this little guy is beyond me. He was likely going to be euthanized but that didn't happen.
