New York State Senator Erik Bottcher, @ebottcher, is joining colleagues and reproductive rights advocates in Albany to speak out against efforts to restrict access to mifepristone, a medication commonly used in abortion and miscarriage care. The push comes after a recent court decision threatened mail-order access to the drug, which the FDA first approved more than two decades ago. The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily restored broader access this week while it considers the case.
