How to Replace Car Mirror Ford Fusion

This video goes over how to replace the right side mirror on a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. The same process can be followed for any 2010-2012 Ford Fusion. Mirrors come with various options like power, heated, blindspot detection puddle light, stationary or power folding. It’s important to know which options your vehicle has before ordering a replacement mirror. This is something that is fairly easy to do and should be addressed quickly because of the safety factor involved. As I stated, not all door panels have to be removed to install a new mirror. The hardest thing would be matching the paint to the color of your car if the mirror cover happens to be unusable. If you're not sure about the options on your mirror or the paint code, you can get this information by calling the dealer and by giving them your VIN code. They will either give you the information or tell you where to find it on your vehicle.
