I love the end of summer because there are a lot of fresh vegetables to eat 🥔🥒🧅🥕 This dish - meat with potatoes and other vegetables- is one of our favorite in my family. My family is big and we eat a lot 😅 especially boys 😬 This dish is tasty and nourishing ☺️ It takes time to cook, but totally worth it.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2-3kg;
Squash - 1 kg;
1 onion;
1 carrot;
Meat - 800 g;

Proportions can be any - also you may add whatever you want.

P.S. don’t forget to add some water for potatoes to be cooked 😄
