DESSERT Para sa NEW YEAR! Hindi Kailangan Mahal, Basta Masarap! I-try Mo Na!!!
Ingredients
8 pack Marie Biscuit (300g)
1 cup Water
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter

1 can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1/3 cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 Tbsp Cornstarch

Crushed Peanut
Chocolate Chip (optional)

Procedure
1. Break biscuits into pieces and set aside.
2. In a bowl combine water, sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well. Turn on the heat and stir over medium heat until it boils. After it boils add butter. Stir to dissolve. Continue Stirring for 3 - 4 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
3. When the mixture cool down. Pour mixture into the biscuits and mix well until all the biscuits are covered. Pour into a greased mould and spread evenly. Set aside.

4. In a pot or pan combine evaporated milk, sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Mix well. Turn on the stove and stir over low heat until thick. Quickly pour chocolate mousse on top of chocolate biscuit. Be sure to spread evenly on top. Let it cool down completely to set. Then top with crushed peanut and chocolate chip. Chill in the fridge before serving.
