Why India Needs A Road Tunnel Project Under Brahmaputra River In Assam

Modi government has proposed an underwater twin tunnel to connect Assam's Gohpur and Numaligarh towns. This tunnel under the Brahmputra River will cut down the travel time between the two towns to 1 hour. This project has been endorsed by the defence ministry as the tunnel will enable Indian troops to access Arunachal Pradesh in less time. Watch the video to know more.
