Near Head On, Idiot Driver Enhanced Dash Cam

Dash can video, maniac driver passes in a no passing zone, nearly causing a multi vehicle accident. We had to swerve off the road, as did the oncoming car, to avoid a massive accident.

The idiot in the dark suv just keeps going like nothing happened. Also, he/she gained nothing, ending up right in front of us the rest of the way to Garibaldi.

This is why we cannot have nice things.
