How to simplify your life ☁️ Lifestyle Declutter
Some things I like to do to simplify my life and do a 'lifestyle declutter'. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, not your best self, drained and not creative, I prompt you to take some time to be with yourself and listen to what you need.
We all have responsibilities and regular daily-life demands, but it doesn’t mean you can’t give something back to yourself.
In a rush?
Step 1 - Find what matters to you. What do you want your lifestyle to look like?
Step 2 - Impose your own goals. What makes someone else happy won’t necessarily make you happy.
Step 3 - Allow yourself to have your time off and breaks without guilt. We all need rest.
Step 4 - Less time planning and more time doing. Don’t use your time ineffectively.
Step 5 - Don’t be ashamed of your boundaries. Set them clearly and compassionately.
Step 6 - Learn to minimise distractions. Learning to do 1 task at a time is a great start.
