Following a Vintage Recipe | Episode 7| Bubble and Squeak
Today I'm trying out the 1969 edition of the Betty Crocker Cookbook and I've chosen their version of "Bubble and Squeak". It's a recipe I've been curious about and have wanted to make since I first heard about it from the Disney movie "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". If you're from the UK this is likely a meal you still enjoy today. How will I like it? Will my kids like it?? Will my kids eat it??!
