Turning wasted space into functional space

Yes, our house was built in the 90's...how did you know??

Usually it's me convincing my husband that we need to do a house project but this one actually took no convincing at all! We were both ready to get rid of this useless 90's ledge, wannabe wall.
This area of our house is serving us no purpose. When the house was built, it was meant to be a formal dining room.

But we don't need a secondary dining space. Instead, this will become a 5th bedroom. So excited to make it functional for our family and guests!
