10 Minute Guided Meditation for Peace and Calmness
This is a Short " 10 Minute Guided Meditation" to help you to relax Body and Mind, and nourish happiness, peace , and calmness.
You can apply this guided meditation in the morning, in the evening or through the day that you need to sit and breathe in stillness.
It will be helpful, if you can use some guided words to guide yourself during the sitting meditation:
-----Breathing in, I know I am breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I am breathing out.
-----Breathing in, I’m aware of my whole body.
Breathing out, I relax my whole body, relax all muscles in body.
-----Breathing in, I feel joyful to be alive.
Breathing out, I feel at ease and free to be practiced.
-----Breathing in, I smile, I smile to everything, smile to my suffering and happiness.
Breathing out, I release, I release my thoughts, my worries, sorrow.
-----Breathing in, I dwell in the present moment.
Breathing out, I realize that, this is a wonderful moment.
