Miami Dolphins NFL Draft rumors are continuing to pick up with 10 days to go until the first round! Rueben Bain Jr. news is at the forefront following the Rueben Bain car crash report. It’s reported that Bain was involved in a car crash in 2024 which resulted in one death. Rueben Bain Jr. 's draft stock is not expected to take a hit as many NFL GM’s have been aware of the Bain incident this entire 2026 NFL Draft process. Miami OL Francis Mauigoa may fall down draft boards after a back injury concern. Albert Breer reported that some teams believe Mauigoa will need a back procedure in the future. “News: Reuben Bain was cited for careless driving after a March 2024 crash in Miami that left a passenger in a coma. That passenger, a 22-year-old student, died three months later. NFL teams are aware and investigating, per sources.”

“Miami OT Francis Mauigoa, potentially the top tackle in the Draft, has decided to be at Combine Rechecks on Friday for additional imaging on a minor back issue that caused him some discomfort late in the season, sources say. Mauigoa started 42 straight games in college, including all 16 this season, and upon full professional consultation is not considered a candidate for immediate surgery. He did perform fully at his Pro Day and currently is symptom-free. But some teams have asked for additional testing on a disc issue and with nothing to hide, Mauigoa heads to Indy.”
