Mystery Oolong from Mountain Stream Teas | Tea Tasting Session

Today, I’m tasting the mystery oolong from my February box from Mountain Stream Teas. All I know going into this is that it’s an oolong and it’s probably from Taiwan. Feel free to stop before I open the answer envelope if you don’t want to ruin the surprise. I won’t be posting a spoiler here, either.
