This is a cheap and easy way to compress a rear brake caliper piston without the need for any special tools. All you need is a needle nosed pliers or visegrips. This method works with rear brake caliper pistons that have to be rotated as they are being pushed in to the caliper, due to the integrated handbrake mechanism.
