Nile Niami builds the most insane homes in America. These homes are not even homes really, they are luxury mansions and museums... Many of these places seem like a place of art, almost like you shouldn't live there.. Some say they look more like an office building, others say they are glass boxes, others say they are trophy estates.

Regardless Nile Niami builds homes that change the scope of what other real estate developers think is possible.

Gavin Newsom unfortunately is changing laws and policies and making it very difficult for these high end developers to survive simply because people with deep pockets are seeing MASSIVE risk with bringing their money to this state. The rich are leaving the state in droves and investing in states like Florida, Texas and more.

California is now considering a proposed wealth tax that makes it that much more costly for the typical billionaire to come the state. This billionaire investor would be taking on substantial risk knowing that the rules and policies will likely only change overtime and make it more and more expensive to stay in the state.

That and then also we consider the change in the world today. Most people likely wouldn't want to own the most expensive home in the world when we step into one of the biggest economic collapses and highest unemployment rates in history.

Many see these developers as greedy and apart of the problem however the property taxes alone on this property is $4,375,000 per year!! This is enough to send 425 kids to school per year, every year since the average cost for a school education is roughly $10,500 per year.

The developer also likely hired and employed roughly 1,000 tradesmen from start to finish and brought in a lot of permit fees and benefitted the city greatly. This type of action should be rewarded and not penalized.

However when you invest in real estate; it's important to understand the laws and policies in the state in which you operate and run your real estate business.

In my opinion, if you are a billionaire, it's better to buy a mansion in south fForida, an island, a plane and a yacht.
