Learn Russian like a kid reading a Russian fairy tale "Царевна-лягушка"
There are many different ways and methods how to learn foreign languages. I am a professional Russian teacher and many of my students who learn Russian language love to read Russian fairy tales. It helps my students to get used to Russian speech and also they are able to know more new Russian words. Of course it helps to improve your Russian pronunciation and reduce foreing accent when you speak Russian. For sure reading Russian fairy tales lets you to better understand our mentality and culture.
