My Bike After a High Sider

I had locked my rear tire up due to my speed being to high, the tires being bald, and my inexperience as a rider. I was going 40 mph, had to stop, my rear tire locked and then started to fish tail. After turning sideways, the tire grabbed the road and threw me off of it. I had all my gear on. I had minor road rash on my knee, my ankle was sore for a week, and my shoulder/sternum/back was sore as well.
