LETTUCE WRAPPED BURGERS
HAND-CUT SWEET POTATOES FRIES

INGREDIENTS
SWEET POTATO
GRASS-FED ORGANIC GROUND BEEF
SLICED ONIONS
HEAD OF LETTUCE
AVOCADO
HIMALAYAN SEA SALT
PEPPER
ADOBO
OREGANO
ONION POWDER
+ TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into fry-shaped slivers
3. Transfer to baking tray and coat with avocado oil and season with Himalayan sea salt and trim-color pepper
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes - flip - then bake for another 25 minutes
5. Remove seeds and skin from pickles (if lectin-free)
6. Later your ground beef with avocado oil and season both sides thoroughly
7. Add beef patties to medium heat pan coated with avocado oil
8. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes
9. Assemble your burger with toppings and condiments to your liking
10. Enjoy :)
