Every night this week has been a game of "is this labor or false labor?"

At almost 36 weeks, I'm not trying to force anything — just trying to breathe through the contractions and get through them the best I can. I finally stopped worrying about all the
"right" movements and stretches and started focusing on whatever helps me relax and stay calm, because stress definitely isn't helping anything.🩷
As uncomfortable and exhausting as this stage is, I've realized I've never really documented this part before. The waiting, wondering, timing contractions, and overthinking every little feeling is such a strange phase of pregnancy... but also kind of beautiful in its own way. 🫠
