Chevy Volt 120v to 240v charger conversion

I took a 240v Voltec round charger and the car supplied Voltec car charger and swapped the boards so that i would have a 120/240 volt portable charger.... conversion will take about 1H to complete from start to finish. This project was easy and am sure a few steps were left out. Not recommend for mechanically challenged individuals or who do not enjoy simple projects .... you will probably fry yourself and kill the car .

I bought the SPX Voltec charger off of ebay for $450 and sold it after the conversion as a 120v wall charger for $450 .... total cost of the conversion was $0.
Soldering the wires would be a lot better but for simplicity I chose crimping.
