i am bubba
and this is my first binge vlog

for lunch, i had:
☾ hot chocolate
☾ big mac
☾ medium sized chips
☾ filet-o-fish
☾ apple pie
☾ tortilla chips

i have not yet found the balance between food, a healthy body and a sound mind
i want to be healthy and happy
but sometimes i set too many rules and restrictions for myself
and afterwards, i would feel sad (⌣́_⌣̀)
so, I allow myself to binge now and again to de-stress
