How I winterized my Class B Erwin Hymer Sunlight V2

Here is my story on how I winterized my Erwin Hymer Sunlight V2 Class B RV. The owners' manual has no information on this procedure, so I kind of try to follow my common sense. The only downfall is I wound up using about 7-8 gallons of RV anti-freeze, seemed like a bit too much, but I feel confident that I'll survive the northern New Hampshire winter!

A very basic synopsis...
1. My "common sense" told me to drain the two fresh water tanks (main 17 gallon tank and the 6 gallon hot water tank).
2. Also drain the two waste tanks (6 gallons in the front, 23 gallons in the rear).
3. Once empty, add a few gallons of RV antifreeze to the empty main tank.
4. Isolate each of the 5 lines where the water heads off too (hot & cold in the front sink; shared hot & cold in the rear sink&shower; and one cold line to the toilet).
5. To each of the 5 lines, run the pump until the red color of the antifreeze flows with a good bright red color, letting the residual flow down into the drains/toilet bowl.
6. Let the residual antifreeze flow into the drains, but don't forget the shower drain, where you can add antifreeze directly, and pump antifreeze into the city connection.
7. Extra into the rear holding tank and down the toilet to make sure the macerator pumps are protected.
8. I used more antifreeze than what I probably needed, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
