What Does The IR35 Mean For UK Contractors?

in this episode, I discuss the new iR35 changes being introduced in April 2020. HMRC are changing the rules. If you work in a company that has more than 50 employees you should be classed as an employee who has to pay PAYE tax.

The new rules will force private sector companies to be responsible for deciding if a freelancer or contractor's employment status is correct. One thing is for sure, the IT job market will be shaken up.
