I made my first introduction video in November 2021, several months after my femur lengthening surgery. That was over one year ago and a lot has changed since then. I also got tibial lengthening surgery in July 2022. So it's time for a new Introduction video for 2023.

How to Grow Taller for Adults? I got limb lengthening surgery or leg lengthening surgery done on March 2021 with the Precise 2 internal nails in the femurs to become 2.75 inches taller. Then in July 2022, I got tibial lengthening surgery to become about 1.5 inches taller.
