Qualcomm at Embedded World: Surveillance and Smart Transportation
Megha Daga, Senior Director, Product Management at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. spoke to EE Times about an AI analytics suite from Cvedia running on the Qualcomm Robotics RB5 platform. The demo displays AI use cases for a range of security and surveillance applications such as people and crowd detection, intrusion, tailgating and other smart transportation applications such as vehicle counting, classification and parking lot occupancy. Thanks to the Qualcomm Robotics RB5 platform, the demo efficiently runs multiple camera streams with different AI models.
