Sturgis 2017 A little of everything we did.(please share)

The only way to see Sturgis is with great friends and no drama.
People that can laugh about the hailstorm they just pass through or the sunburn thats peeling like a snake.

That's the people I travel with and surround my life with.
I also tried to live my life with the glass half full not half empty.

This video contains small parts of the longer videos I placed on here.

There will probably be around 18 short videos.

Sturgis 2017 out of all of the years I've traveled there since 1990 had the best weather of all my adventures there. Low 80s most of the time. One day of scattered rain showers. And that depends on where you were traveling at the time.

The turnout was low, as it has been for the last year so. It seems like if you go there on an off year, it is very pleasurable traffic wise and crowd wise. If you're thinking of going that's when I would go,, unless you like the crowds in the hectic traffic than I would definitely go in 2020 I think that will be one of their bigger years.

In this video we started out in Idaho went through Yellowstone national Park over to Cody Wyoming. Across Wyoming with many stops into South Dakota..
We did many of the tours seen many of the touristy places. On the way back we went through Montana, stopped at the Harley-Davidson dealers in Missoula and Lewiston Idaho.

We crossed the bridge into Clarkston Washington and went straight South Highway 129 which turned into Highway 3 in Oregon.

That road was one of the best roads I've ever traveled. It's not for beginner motorcycle riders. You must have your poop in a pile to travel those crooked switchback motorcycle riding roads. It took us by Hells Canyon and back into Idaho,, for our last night of camping and then on home to southern Idaho.

I know these videos will not please everyone I don't expect them to, if just a few of you gain some information or entertainment from these I have served the purpose.

I have lost some photos and videos to bad SD cards.. This will be the last video on the Sturgis adventure in less I can retrieve the lost files.
