Do FPV Simulators Work? My very first time flying Acro mode after a week on LiftOff!

After last weeks very basic and erratic first flight on a racing quad in level mode, this week I decide to try acro (acrobatic) mode for my very first time ever. However I have been practising with my Taranis plugged into my PC on the FPV quad simulation software Lift Off...
Did it yield any worthy results? Could I fly a real race quad in acro mode by only ever flying a virtual quad in a flight simulator for a week? Check it out for my results & please leave me comments on what I should be practising from here on.

PS, should also mention that I am flying a Alien 5' frame, here with Turnigy 4S Graphene batteries, KISS FC, KISS 24A ESC & Lumenier 2206 2350KV motors
