Bob Dylan - Queen Jane Approximately

Our cover version of this perfect folk rock masterpiece from the master himself, Robert Allen Zimmerman, sometimes known as Bob Dylan. From his incredibly, mind-blowingly brilliant 1965 album "Highway 61 Revisited", this song really is just a perfect example of what Bob was doing at the time; complex songs with a constant stream of surreal lyrics, angry and cynical yet sympathetic and compassionate at the same time. Really it is only something Bob Dylan can do, just this perfect marriage of beautiful music and beautiful lyrics. He seems to be warning the said "Queen Jane" that she is about to have a fall from grace, and all her friends and family will seemingly abandon her; and, despite her disbelief of his words, when she does fall from grace he is compassionate, telling her to "come see me" (which, co-incidentally, was the last cover we did ;D). Anyway who am I to try and decipher the incredible workings of Bob Dylan's mind, it is a brilliant piece of music whatever the lyrics mean. Sam on lead vocals/piano/harmonica, Isaac on Fender Telecaster, and Sebastian on Drums. ENJOY our work !!!

Words/Music by Bob Dylan.
