Stuffed Long Green Beans with Minced pork 釀豆角

Ingredients:
Long green beans
Pork
Dried Shiitake mushroom
Light soy sauce*2 spoons
Water
Cooking wine*1 spoon
Corn flour*1 spoon
Salt*1 spoon

Sauce:
Light soy sauce*2 spoons
Oyster sauce*1 spoon
White sugar*1 spoon
Corn Flour*1 spoon

Steps:
1. Soak the dried shiitake mushroom in water for overnight
2. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, Corn flour and water, stir evenly, keep aside the sauce
3. Mince the pork and dried shiitake mushroom and put in a bowl
4. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, corn flour, salt, stir fry evenly and keep aside for 10 minutes
5. Add water, salt and oil into pan
6. Add long green bean
7. Boil two minutes
8. Tie the long green bean into a garland and put the minced pork inside
9. Fry the long green bean with minced pork with low-heat
10. Fry until both sides turn to golden brown and add the sauce
11. Cook 5 minutes and dish out
