Bike Park Wales vs A Guy Who Doesn't Know What He's Doing (part 1)

I'd had this trip to Bike Park Wales planned for a long time. The uplift was booked and I felt ready for business.

My elbow was swollen and cut up from numerous heavy impacts, but my new elbow pads had finally arrived. Unfortunately because my elbow was so painful, I couldn't wear the pad for too long, it hurt too much.

I was riding with a group of guys I have ridden with before, Anthony, Revs, Ash, Joe and Jay. I also bumped into another subscriber called Ashley and rode with him for a while.

Riding with better riders I feel is a surefire way to put my improvement on the fast track.

Sadly even though I thought I had planned and organised for everything, what I overlooked was the sign saying half the trails were closed.

Eventually regaining my bearings, I found my way back to the uplift to begin my day of riding, and even have a drop off challenge.
