Smokeless Indoor Grilling: Perfect Steak & Plank Potatoes with Chefavor. This is the Chefavor Smart Grill. It is an indoor smokeless grill and griddle that is a 7-in-1 kitchen appliance. It is an air fryer, indoor fill, griddle, roaster. It will also bake, broil crisp, preheat, and dehydrate. Today we are using the griddle function to make some mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions to top our steak. We are then using the grill to cook up a nice grilled steak cooked medium rare.
