NOTCH 8: H76 Stalls On The Portland Secondary

On 10/22/16, Norfolk Southern's Allentown-Portland, PA local H76 had a large battle to fight. It had 3 EMD's with over 60 cars, a ton of leaves falling onto the rails, a steady rain to make the rails slippery, and a steep grade to Bangor, PA. It was bound to stall, and indeed it did after the train couldn't move an inch, even in notch 8. This video shows it going through Martins Creek and Flicksville as it screams in notch 8. Enjoy!
