Damac Lagoons - Cluster Malta | Handover update

Malta 2 is being handed over first, and Malta 1 will follow next.
The color of Malta is mainly white and yellow, with partial brown accents.
There are around 367 units in Malta 2, including 4- and 5-bedroom townhouses. By the way, there are no 3-bedroom townhouses in this cluster. We also have only 16 seven-bedroom villas facing the lagoon. I already have a couple of units available for sale and rent in this cluster.

The full handover of Malta 2 is expected within the next 3+ months, and after that, Malta 1 will start getting handover
