Instant Fresh khoya gulab jamun An Authentic and simple recipe😍
Ingredients
Milk/ दूध -1cup
Milk powder/ दूध पाउडर -1Cup
Ghee/ घी -2tbsp
All purpose flour (Maida) / मैदा-1/4cup
Baking powder/ बेकिंग पाउडर -1/4tsp ( it was missed while shooting video)
To make sugar syrup
Sugar/ चीनी -1cup
Water/ पानी -1.5 cup
Cardamom powder/ इलायची पाउडर- 1/2tsp
Instructions
😋To prepare fresh khoya In a pan, mix milk powder, milk, and ghee. Stir continuously on low heat until it thickens and resembles khoya. Let it cool
😋Take the cooled khoya in a bowl, add all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gently knead to make a smooth dough, adding milk as needed . make it soft and pliable.
😋Divide the dough into small balls and ensure there are no cracks on the surface.
😋Meanwhile In another pan, add water and sugar. Boil until the sugar dissolves completely, Add cardamom powder, saffron(optional) Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then keep the syrup warm
😋Fry prepared balls on low flame until golden brown. immediately transfer them to the warm sugar syrup. Let them soak for at least 1-2 hours to absorb the syrup well.
😋Serve the gulab jamuns warm or at room temperature
