National guardsman accused of murder-for-hire plot to avenge mother

A North Carolina national guardsman has been charged for allegedly hiring someone to kill a man to avenge his mother, who died in a car accident. The suspect was charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder and has not yet entered a plea.
