RICE WATER RINSE RECIPE AND ROUTINE | Herbal Hair Rinse/Rice Water For Hair Growth

Hey guys and welcome to my channel! In this video I will be showing you my rice water/herbal rinse recipe and routine. Ive been using this rice water rinse for over a year now and I am loving my results! Not only have I reached waist length hair, but my hair feels so much stronger and has a lot more definition.

My natural hair goals focus more on healthy hair rather than long hair, so I never started using rice water to intentionally try to grow my hair longer, but I definitely will say that by achieving stronger hair due to this fermented rice water recipe has help my hair retain its length.

The herbs in this recipe will help with scalp conditions by nourishing the scalp and by helping to create a healthy environment on the scalp for hair to grow. Over the years you can see from the slideshow that the condition of my hair has really improved in 2020 compared to the previous years. It looks more shiny and defined and the curls are more coily. Because my curls are becoming more coily, the shrinkage has become even more real lol, but I defo prefer healthy hair over length!
