Do you have to pay back the advance child tax credit?

The Child Tax Credit is getting updated to the Advanced child tax credit with enhanced payments. Depending on the age of your child you may qualify for either $3,000 or $3,600 for the child tax credit.

The question I'm answering in this video is if you should take the advance or not. It's a question that I've been getting a lot lately about the advanced child tax credit. The answer is not so simple but in this video I'm talking about how you can start to figure out and make your own decision on the advanced child tax credit.
