Boyer Reed, or as the Cartel call him, Boston, because of his accent, is an American pilot that works for the smuggling operation in the Santa Blanca Organisation. As we already know, this is headed up by the Beauty Queen, Nidia Flores.

Based out of Koani, he only uses temporary air strips, and even his own people don't know where they are until the last possible minute. He's one of the best pilots they have and locking down a location will prove to be a challenge.
