Working principle

When the continuous screen printer is working, the pattern to be printed is first made on the screen, and the ink is placed on one side of the screen. When the substrates such as multi-purpose packaging bags, shopping bags, non-woven fabrics, tea bags, etc. are uniformly conveyed to the bottom of the screen through the PVC speed-adjustable conveyor belt, the screen automatically moves up and down and fits the substrate. Then the scraper pushes the ink through the pattern part on the screen and prints the pattern on the substrate. Then, the UV LED curing system immediately cures the newly printed ink, so that the ink dries and sets quickly, and the cycle is repeated to achieve continuous screen printing operation.

Structural features

• PVC speed-adjustable conveyor belt:

• The conveyor belt made of PVC material has good flexibility and durability, and can smoothly carry and transport substrates of various materials, such as soft non-woven fabrics, easily damaged tea bags, etc., to prevent them from being damaged or shifted during transportation.

• The adjustable speed feature allows it to flexibly adjust the conveying speed according to the characteristics of different substrates and the complexity of the printed pattern. For example, for fine patterns that require full ink penetration, the speed can be slowed down; for simple patterns that pursue efficient production, the speed can be increased to effectively improve production efficiency.

• Automatic up and down movement of the screen:

• The automatic up and down movement function of the screen achieves precise fit and separation with the substrate, ensuring that the screen can contact the substrate at the right position every time printing, so that the ink can be evenly printed on the substrate through the screen, avoiding problems such as uneven printing pressure and blurred patterns.

• Automated operation improves the accuracy and stability of printing, and is more convenient and efficient than manual adjustment. It can adapt to substrates of different thicknesses without frequent manual adjustment of the screen height.

• Touch screen operation:

• The touch screen operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Operators can easily set many key parameters on it, such as the running speed of the conveyor belt, the frequency and amplitude of the up and down movement of the screen, the light intensity and time of the UV LED curing system, etc., and the operation is simple and convenient.

• Different printing process parameter settings can be stored, and corresponding settings can be quickly called for different types of packaging bags, different materials of bags, and diversified printing pattern requirements, which greatly improves the convenience of operation and work efficiency.
