Mrs. Bector’s the producer of Cremica biscuits and English Oven bakery products is out with its IPO from the 15th of December 2020 till the 17th of December 2020.
The company was incorporated in 1995 and is managed by Mr. Anoop Bector in the capacity of MD. Mrs. Bector’s has 2 distinct product lines – biscuits manufacturing and bakery products. The biscuits products are sold under the brand name “Mrs. Bector’s Cremica”, while the bakery products are sold as “English Oven”. Mrs. Bector’s is a regular supplier of buns to QSR chains such as KFC, Burger King & McDonalds.
The total IPO size for Mrs. Bector’s is at Rs. 540.54 crores of which Rs. 500 crores is an offer for sale by existing shareholders. There are 2 main objectives for the capital from this IPO.
1. To fund the Rajpura expansion project
2. To meet general corporate expenses
The IPO price is set at Rs. 286 to Rs. 288. The minimum permitted application is for 50 shares, while the maximum is for 650 shares. The Mrs. Bector’s IPO listing date is set for 28th December 2020. One may check the IPO allotment status on BSE website.

मिसेज बेक्टर क्रेमिका बिस्कुट और इंग्लिश ओवन बेकरी उत्पादों के निर्माता का IPO 15 दिसंबर 2020 से 17 दिसंबर 2020 तक हैं।
कंपनी की स्थापना 1995 में की गयी थी और एमडी की क्षमता में श्री अनूप बेक्टर द्वारा प्रबंधित किया जाता है। मिसेज बेक्टर की 2 अलग-अलग उत्पाद लाइनें हैं - बिस्कुट निर्माण और बेकरी उत्पाद। बिस्कुट उत्पाद ब्रांड नाम "मिसेज बेक्टर्स क्रेमिका" के तहत बेचे जाते हैं, जबकि बेकरी उत्पादों को "इंग्लिश ओवन" के रूप में बेचा जाता है। मिसेज बेक्टर केएफसी, बर्गर किंग और मैकडॉनल्ड्स जैसे क्यूएसआर चेन को बन्स का नियमित सप्लायर है।
मिसेज बेक्टर के कुल आईपीओ का आकार रु 540.54 करोड़ रुपये हैं। 500 करोड़ रुपये मौजूदा शेयरधारकों द्वारा बिक्री के लिए एक प्रस्ताव है। इस आईपीओ से मिलने वाले रकम के लिए 2 मुख्य उद्देश्य हैं।
1. राजपुरा विस्तार परियोजना को निधि देना
2. सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट खर्चों को पूरा करने के लिए
आईपीओ की कीमत रुपये 286 से रु 288 की निर्धारित की गई है। न्यूनतम अनुमत आवेदन 50 शेयरों के लिए है, जबकि अधिकतम 650 शेयरों के लिए है। मिसेज़ बेक्टर की आईपीओ लिस्टिंग की तारीख 28 दिसंबर 2020 तय की गई है। कोई भी बीएसई की वेबसाइट पर आईपीओ आवंटन की स्थिति की जांच कर सकता है।
