Pam is a single mom. She is a nurse that took care of kids with heart disease. She now is a stay at home mom to care for Kyle. She runs a food pantry at her church and loves to serve others.

Jacob is a college student currently majoring in civil engineering. He plays rugby at college but loves almost all sports. He wrestled and played soccer growing up & in high school. He has congenital heart disease. He has Epstein’s Anomaly, Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome, and mild Pulmonary Hypertension.

Kyle has Cri Du Chat Syndrome (5P-). He functions at the level of a toddler and definitely keeps us on our toes. He loves Sesame Street, Barney, The Wiggles, and Toy Story. His favorite toy is his See ‘n Say.
