Rumors (Proven FALSE)

Third Rumor: 3) Annulment: Mayte has stated already in her book that it is not possible for a LEGAL marriage to be annulled and she is absolutely correct. In the state of Minnesota, you can ONLY get an annulment under 2 circumstances: In a Void marriage or in a Voidable marriage. Since Prince’s and Mayte’s marriage was LEGAL, that means it was VALID and the only way to LEGALLY end a VALID marriage in Minnesota is by divorce. 2:00-2:21 ~ Them watching videos together after the second show in Mannheim. Excerpt from Mayte's book: He fed the tape into the VCR. When it got to the bit about “the mystical, magical Princess Mayte,” he paused it and looked at me in surprise. (Can read the rest of the conversation in Ch.3 on pg.74)
2:22-2:38 ~ {My vision for this was to switch back and forth between when they first were getting to know each other (In Stockholm 1990) and when they became intimate (7 Video).} Note - Arriving in Stockholm - 7 Video (Listen to the lyrics) - Meeting him at his hotel room/Sitting across the room drinking tea (Listen to the lyrics).
2:39 ~ Not from Mayte's book: Since this is now the guy singing in the song, this part is Prince's point of view. So that's why I put his performance of The One in this spot. He was thinking about her during this performance so it fits.
2:54-3:02 ~ Mayte visiting Paisley Park for the first time where Prince got to see her dance in person for the first time.
3:03-3:18 ~ Mayte in LA with Prince (For the full conversation refer to Ch.5 on pg.108). Most notable is that she makes him laugh. Good times. / Mayte Leaving LA.
3:19-3:26 ~ Tokyo Dome 1992 - First ever performance with Prince. / As their chemistry grew, they began adding props and set pieces into their performances.
3:43-3:50 ~ MY EDIT – Sayer’s Club in LA (Ch.8 on pgs.166-167 - For further explanation refer to one of the clips from Mayte's Q & A sessions that is circulating).
4:20-4:23 ~ Much later after Amiir's death, Prince brought up the idea of Egypt as the place they should escape to so they could heal together and have another baby. Mayte then went house hunting in Spain (which is why I show their Marbella home) and when Prince met her there, they talked about Nefertiti and Akhenaten and got Henna tattoos.When they got back home in the states, it was like they found each other again. I suppose the year was 1997 which is why in this clip I show that (Prince and Mayte had Henna tattoos on their hands) during the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame where Prince inducted Funkadelic. This was in May 1997.
4:24-4:27 ~ Sometime between 1997-1998, Mayte formed her dance company. During this time into 1998, Mayte also got pregnant again.
4:29 ~ From Mayte's book: "He kept a well-worn book about Egypt close at hand." - This was during Mayte's tour of Paisley Park after Prince passed. / The two pictures are of Prince wearing Mayte's clothes post-divorce.
4:40-4:57 ~ I put this video here because we cannot forget about Mayte's angel Gia. Mayte talks about how they came to be and the adoption process in her book. The most beautiful moment of them all. Adoption is such a wonderful thing. Their story is just miraculously beautiful! :)
