Why India's relationship with Taiwan should not depend on ties with China

"Taiwan is a major trading state, and so is India. Relations should be pursued because of the potential a deeper relationship holds, not waxing and waning depending on India's ties with China, or for reasons of negative causation," said top China researchers Dr Joe Thomas Karackattu, Dr Mumin Chen and Santosh Pai in conversation with founder of Manas Advisory Ravi Bhoothalingam, at a webinar organised by the Institute of Chinese Studies.
