So I'm making this before Vol 1.

In Null.mp4 it is in black and white meaning the events happen before early 1954, which is probably the same reason that Gru Division-P exists as shown in Faction AU bios on reddit (r/revdrone2003)
Also the events happen before and during Murder Drones (by Liam Vickers) as in the invasion of copper 9 it is shown that the end fight (Uzi, V, and N vs J, and Cyn) happened at the same time as the invasion.
And the U.S.A. realize that the U.I.U. was not effective at dealing with anomalies so they made a new U.I.U. being U.S.D. is the more effective U.I.U.
