Something IMPORTANT...I was obviously referring to people new to needling or considering it for the first time when speaking about the self assessment. OBVIOUSLY so many of you already needle and are proficient etc. That was not a message for you :)

This is an interesting small study that used .5mm at 4 week intervals, one group of 10 used HA the other group of 10 used growth factors. Interesting results (that make me want to explore needling with GF again :-/ ):

A small study using .5 mm once a month in office and cosmetic rolling at home to treat melasma (results are really amazing! NOTE that pigment inhibitors are used and needling is aiding in their delivery in to the skin)
