So in this AU, O! Ciel is already an adult. During a fight with Claude (he didn't die when Sebastian stabbed him with the sword like he did in the Anime), he almost died. Sebastian didn't want to eat O! Ciel's soul or him to die yet because he didn't fully complete his revenge/contract, and because he had feelings for him. So he had no other choice but to turn him in a demon. So now Sebastian is gonna be with Ciel for an eternity.
