Sextortion & Student Suicides: An NBC3 Investigation

For months, CNY Central has been diving into a dark and scary side of social media. It is a place where predators are targeting children and it is costing some, including two kids from the North Country, their lives.

Our nearly year-long investigation led by NBC3 Anchor Megan Coleman culminated in an NBC3 Special Presentation as we documented the ways predators are preying on kids inside their own homes. Watch the full report below.
